Combine separate documents
Use Merge PDF when the pages you need are spread across several files. Arrange the input files in reading order; their pages are then written consecutively into one document.
For example: Put a cover letter before a report and append the supporting receipts.
Merge PDF files in your chosen order →Create several independent files
Use Split PDF when each section should become its own download. Define a page range for each output. Single pages and ranges can be combined, and several outputs are packaged in a ZIP.
For example: Separate chapters 1–5 and 6–12 into two PDFs for different recipients.
Split a PDF by page range →Keep selected pages in one new PDF
Use Extract Pages when you know exactly what to keep. Select physical page numbers or ranges. The new document contains just those pages in their original document order.
For example: Take pages 2, 7 and 10 from a report to make a short reference document.
Extract selected PDF pages into one file →Remove pages from a document
Use Delete Pages when most of the PDF is already right. Select the pages to remove; the remaining pages keep their relative order. At least one page must remain.
For example: Remove blank scans and a duplicate cover from a large document.
Delete unwanted PDF pages →Correct sideways or upside-down pages
Use Rotate PDF to turn all pages or only a selection by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. This changes the saved page orientation so compatible readers keep it when reopening the output.
For example: Turn a landscape scan without rotating the portrait pages around it.
