Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the current browser-first ArchwayPDF service handles, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: September 17, 2026

Who is responsible

The operator and data controller for this website is A-K HEALTH LLC, located in Wilmington, Delaware 19804-1127, United States. Privacy questions and personal data requests can be sent to [email protected].

Files you process

Merge, Split, Rotate, Delete Pages, Extract Pages, JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, Watermark, Add Page Numbers, Protect and Unlock process selected files locally in your browser. ArchwayPDF does not upload the contents of those files to its web server for processing.

Passwords for Protect and Unlock, watermark text and numbering settings stay in local application memory during the operation. They are not included in analytics or stored by ArchwayPDF. Encryption and PDF rendering may load additional application code from this website; those requests do not contain your document or password.

Your browser temporarily holds file data in memory and may create local object URLs for previews and downloads. These temporary references are released by the application when they are replaced or the workspace is closed. The downloaded result is saved wherever you direct your browser to save it.

Website request data

Loading the website necessarily sends ordinary request information to the hosting and delivery providers, such as IP address, user agent, requested path, time, and security-related request signals. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain service security. Production providers and retention periods must be confirmed during the deployment review.

Analytics and cookies

The current build does not install an optional analytics provider, advertising tracker, or account system, and it does not need a cookie to process files. If analytics or another technology is introduced, this policy will identify the provider, purposes, data fields, retention, and consent behavior before the change is released.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to learn about personal data processing and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. The European Commission provides an overview of GDPR rights. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the law that applies to your request.

Send privacy questions or rights requests to [email protected].

Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when the service’s data practices change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes should be communicated in a manner appropriate to the service and applicable law.
