These terms govern access to the ArchwayPDF website and its browser-based document tools. Do not use the service if you do not agree to them.

Service operator and scope
ArchwayPDF is operated by A-K HEALTH LLC, located in Wilmington, Delaware 19804-1127, United States. The service provides software utilities for organizing PDFs and converting JPG images to PDF. Phase 1 tools run locally in the browser and create files for you to download. Features, formats, and limits may change as the service develops.
Your files and responsibilities
You retain your rights in files you select and results you create. You are responsible for keeping originals and verifying that an output is accurate and suitable before relying on it. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to process each file.
Acceptable use
You may not use ArchwayPDF to:
- violate law or another person’s rights;
- process content you are not authorized to use;
- distribute malware or attempt to compromise the service;
- bypass technical limits or interfere with other users;
- automate abusive traffic or misrepresent the service or its outputs.
ArchwayPDF intellectual property
The service software, design, branding, and site content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as provided; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. ArchwayPDF is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, archival, or records management advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent the law permits.
Changes, suspension, and termination
The operator may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. The effective date will be updated when the terms change. Continued use after an update means acceptance where applicable law permits.
Governing law and contact
Governing law and forum: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise, the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction..
